Dear customer ,
Please reset camera to factory default , then add it back to phone Eye4 APP again .
Then enable the plaintext password.
Then you open Eye4 APP on windows computer to start this camera again.
if it still doesnot work ,please mail to support@vstarcam.com to get more help. Thanks!
